We couldn't find the bagels we wanted to eat, so we made them ourselves. We're proud to be sharing our hand-made bagels, fancy schmears and house-cured lox with our neighbors on the East Side of Providence!
We make bagels the traditional way using great flour and hand-rolling, cold-fermenting and boiling our bagels before baking them. Our cream cheese flavors are mixed in-house, inspired by fun, global flavors and updated seasonally to keep things interesting. We also cure our own lox, which comes to us as whole salmon and is carefully trimmed, seasoned and sliced before ending up in your belly. Plus, we have plenty of vegan options that'll make omnivores jealous, fresh roasted coffee and house-made pastries, just because.
